About Dani:

I’ve been in the B2B GTM world for (time here) now, and most recently I founded my own business—Spark Marketing and Creations, Inc. I started this business out of a deep passion for helping companies achieve community-led growth. 

Before starting Spark, I led community at Mutiny, a no-code Martech company, and I loved it. Sadly, I experienced a layoff, but that setback actually inspired me to take a leap of faith and start something new. It was always a dream of mine to put a spark in everything I do, so here we are.

Now at Spark, I work as a consultant for fast-growing SaaS companies, helping them navigate the challenges of building their own communities and turning connections into conversions. Because I believe that the success of companies lies in the people behind them. I’m not just here to learn from others, but also to share my own experiences and lessons. We all face failures and setbacks along our career paths, and I want to encourage a transparent and honest dialogue about them. It’s not about avoiding failure but about learning and growing from it.
